Powering Home Independence
FAQs
If you have any other questions, please contact us through the following contact information.
How to choose the appropriate battery capacity for my household?
When selecting the battery capacity, the following factors need to be considered: daily electricity consumption (kWh), power of the appliances used, number of backup days (power supply requirements during rainy days), and the generating capacity of the solar panel. A common selection method is: multiply the daily electricity consumption by the number of backup days, then divide by the battery discharge depth (generally recommended as 80%), to obtain an initial estimate of the required capacity.

Is the battery installation safe at home?
All of our batteries use high-quality LiFePO4 cells and are equipped with an intelligent BMS system, featuring protection against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit and temperature. They meet the high safety standards for home use.
Additionally, it is recommended to install the battery in a well-ventilated and dry environment, away from heat sources and flammable materials.
If the household electricity consumption increases in the future, can the Vipboss battery system be expanded?
Yes. The Vipboss home energy storage battery design supports parallel expansion. You can add more batteries according to future electricity demand to increase the overall energy storage capacity.
For example: When you add solar panels, electric vehicle charging stations, or other high-power appliances, simply connect more batteries of the same model in parallel to easily cope with the increase in electricity consumption. Before expansion, make sure that the inverter and control system also support higher power loads, and make reasonable configurations according to the actual situation.
