How many of these batteries can be connected in series or parallel?

The Vipboss 12V 320Ah LiFePO4 battery can be connected in series up to 4 units (to form a 48V system) or in parallel up to 4 units (to increase capacity). For optimal performance and safety, we strongly recommend using batteries of the same brand, model, voltage, and state of charge when connecting in series or parallel.

Can this battery be used in winter?

Yes. This battery is equipped with a smart Battery Management System (BMS) and operates in the temperature range of -4°F (-20°C) to 140°F (60°C). It also features low-temperature charging protection: charging automatically stops below 32°F (0°C) to protect the battery, and it resumes once the temperature rises above 41°F (5°C).

How can I check the battery status?

Our batteries come with built-in Bluetooth functionality. You can easily monitor real-time status through our dedicated mobile app.

How should I store a LiFePO4 battery if not used for a long time?

Charge the battery to 60–80%, disconnect all loads, and store it in a cool, dry place (0°C to 45°C@60+25% relativehumidity). Recharge every 3–6 months to maintain health.
