How long does it take to ship after I place an order?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Which countries/regions do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other remote areas.
Which courier service do you use? Can I choose the courier?
We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, and the carrier is automatically selected based on your shipping address and order details. We do not support selecting a specific courier, thank you for your understanding.
Do you offer wholesale or distributor partnerships?

What should I do if the product I received is defective or damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us immediately at service@vipbosspower.com with photos or a video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Which golf cart models are compatible with vipboss batteries?
Our batteries are compatible with most major golf cart brands, including Club Car, EZGO, and Yamaha. Whether your cart is 36V or 48V, we offer drop-in lithium replacements that fit a wide range of models. If you’re not sure, feel free to contact us for help.

Can the battery be used in rain or humid conditions?
Yes, the battery is rated IP65 waterproof and dustproof. It can be used outdoors, but avoid full submersion or high-pressure washing.
What should I do if the battery malfunctions during use?
Please contact us at service@vipbosspower.com. Our support team will assist you with diagnostics or warranty service. Do not disassemble the battery yourself.
What temperature range is safe for the battery?
Charging: 0°C to 55°C (32°F to 131°F)Discharging: -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F)
Low-temp charging protection is built-in.
Can the battery be charged with mains power or a vehicle charger?
Yes, as long as the charger is compatible with LiFePO4 batteries, our battery can be charged using mains power or a vehicle charger.
Is the battery safe in high-temperature environments?
Yes, our batteries are equipped with a smart BMS that includes over-temperature protection.
Can the battery be discharged to 0%?
Discharging to 0% is not recommended. The BMS will cut off power before the voltage reaches an unsafe level, but frequent deep discharges may reduce the battery’s lifespan. It's best to keep the charge above 20%.
Can the battery be used with solar systems?
Yes, our batteries can be used with solar systems. For optimal performance, we recommend pairing them with a compatible MPPT solar charge controller.
How to restore battery use after BMS protection is triggered?
When the BMS protection is triggered (e.g., due to overcurrent or over-discharge), simply disconnect the load for about 10 seconds and the battery will automatically recover. If it does not, please connect a charger with 0V charging function to activate the battery.
