This warranty becomes effective from the date of the original purchaser's purchase. It covers major defects in materials, workmanship or performance that occur under normal use and maintenance conditions.

Warranty Procedures

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1.Contact Us: Email us at service@vipbosspower.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos.

2.Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide professional technical guidance to customers within 24 hours, assist them in analyzing the problem, help solve it, and restore the battery usage.

3.Return the Product: If your claim is approved, you may be required to return the defective product to us for inspection.

4. Repair or Replacement Within 30 days from the date of purchase, if our product has quality issues and cannot work properly, we can offer a replacement or a refund. For more details, please visit the latest Return & Refund Policy.

Within 5 years from the date of purchase, if the battery malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide free repair services. If the battery is confirmed to be faulty and cannot be repaired, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. The faulty battery will be returned to our warehouse in the United States, and a new one will be replaced for it.

What is Not Covered?

The following situations are not covered under warranty:

1.Improper storage of the product.

2.Misuse or use inconsistent with intended purpose.

3.Failure to follow product instructions or perform necessary preventive maintenance.

4.Any modification to the product.

5.Repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.

6.Normal wear and tear.

7.Damage caused by negligence, such as prolonged high-power usage without timely charging.

8.Use of the product outside its specified application scope.

9.External causes, including but not limited to accidents, abuse, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Any failure not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship will not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law,vipbosspower shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
